_.webp "العصعصُ هو هيكلٌ عظميّ الشكل مثلث، موجودٌ في أسفل العمود الفقري، ويتكون العصعص من ثلاث إلى خمس أجزاء من العظم، تثبت في مكانها بواسطة المفاصل والأربطة1)، ومن الجدير بالذكر أن إمكانية حدوث الألم أو كسر في عظمة العصعص شائع جدًا بالإضافة إلى أماكن أخرى مجاورة، كما وأنه من المعلوم أن ألم العصعص من الآلام المزعجة، فالكثير من الناس يبحث عن علاج ألم العصعص بالتحديد؛ نظرًا لشيوع حصول هذا الألم، فقد لا يدرك المصاب دائمًا أن الألم موجود في العصعص في الواقع، وسمي العصعص بهذا الاسم؛ لأنه يشبه إلى بشكل كبير منقار الطائر.<br/><br/>أسباب ألم العصعص<br/>يُعاني الكثير من الأشخاص من مشكلة كسر أو ألم العصعص، وتتجسد هذه المشكلة في الشعور بالألم في منطقة أسفل الظهر، ويكون هذا الألم نابع من منطقة حول العظام السفلية، الموجود في أسفل العمود الفقري، والذي يُعرف باسم “العُصعُص”، وفي واقع الحال فإنّ حدة هذه المشكلة تختلف بين الأشخاص، إلا أنه وفي أغلب الحالات، يتفاقم هذا الألم عند الانتقال من وضعيَّة الجلوس إلى وضعيَّة الوقوف، أو عندَ الميل إلى الوراء في أثناء الجلوس، وفي بعض الحالات قد تقف هذا المشكلة عائقًا دون القدرة على ممارسة الأنشطة والواجبات اليومية، فلذلك يُعد علاج ألم العصعص حلًا لهذه المشكلة، فمن أسباب ألم العصعص ما يأتي:2)<br/>يمكن أن يكون الألم في العصعص عند القيام بشيء بسيط، مثل الجلوس على مقعد صعب أو سطح غير مريح لفترة طويلة من الزمن.<br/>يمكن أن يحصل الألم نتيجةً للسقوط على الأرض، أو الصدمات الأخرى من كدمٍ أو خلعٍ أو كسرٍ في العصعص مسبّبًا الألم.<br/>يمكن أن يسهم التلف الناتج عن الحركات المتكررة، أو التآكل الواسع، والشيخوخة في حدوث ألم في العصعص.<br/>خلال الأشهر الثلاثة الأخيرة من الحمل، تتصل الأربطة الموجودة حول العصعص به وحوله بشكلٍ طبيعيٍّ؛ لإفساح المجال للطفل للخروج، وهذا ما قد يسبب ألم لدى المرأة الحامل، ووفقًا لدائرة الصحة الوطنية، وهذا هو السبب في أن النساء أكثر عرضة بنسبة 5 مرات لألم العصعص مقارنةً بالرجال.<br/>وفي حالاتٍ نادرة، قد يكون السبب في الألم وجود عدوى أو ورم.<br/><br/><br/>في هذا الفيديو يتحدث أخصائي جراحة العظام والمفاصل والمنظار والإصابات الرياضية الدكتور أحمد العموري عن طرق علاج ألم العصعص.<br/><br/><br/>للمزيد من المعلومات عن طرق علاج ألم العصعص: https://goo.gl/RfB1p1<br/><br/>تابعونا على:<br/>فيسبوك https://www.facebook.com/weziwezi.web/<br/>تويتر https://twitter.com/weziwezi_web<br/>جوجل + https://plus.google.com/11805380842645876350")
