However in a 4-3 ruling it was determined by judges that Weinstein was given an unfair trial in New York City over claims that his character was the main focus in the courtroom rather than the evidence presented. Weinstein will remain behind bars from his 2022 convictions for rape and sexual assault in California. Ryan Seacrest and girlfriend Aubrey Paige split after 3 years of dating.
