Description: Almost 7,000 people are currently homeless in Denmark. Oak Foundation’s partners the Salvation Army, Café Klare and the Danish Red Cross are finding ways to house individuals who are currently experiencing homelessness and improve their lives. These organisations have created social networks within the homeless community as well as helped homeless youth find greater independence in their lives. nnThe Salvation Army provides men experiencing homelessness with shelter and a support system.
