Debut album by the improvisionational collective Air who's three members contributed musically on an equal footing. Four longish tracks (more than 49 minutes), each with it's own approach and feel, and each for a different lead instrument; Threadgill's horns obviously take center stage as the bass and drums are an integral part of the music.<br/>Almost preistoric moods of jazz music filled with more avant-gardish contemporary expressions. The album was first released in Japan in 1975 and reissuedin rest of the world in 1982.<br/><br/>Henry Threadgill - alto saxophone, Chinese musette, flute, tenors saxophone, hubkaphone.<br/>Fred Hopkins - bass.<br/>Steve McCall - drums.<br/><br/>Untitled tango.<br/>Great body of the riddle or where the Dodge Boys when my life started to slide.<br/>Dance of the beast.<br/>Air song.<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>

Can't remember who played bass, probably Chris Kisgen. He was going through a divorce as well, and we spent a lot of time recording during that time.
